What controls should be placed on blogs? Question Two

Controls should be placed on blogs because people should be able to have their privacy. However, some people abuse privacy. People shouldn't be able to say whatever they want, using bad language and destructive ideas without first warning people what they will be reading. For instance, if a young kid were to accidentally stumble across a blog with profanity, his parents would not be thrilled about that. So, controls, to a certain degree are necessary and helpful, but not too many.
