Yes I do agree that everyone has a right to internet access. People might use the internet to see photos of family that they don't see very often, or talk to friends that they don't see that much either. All people have a reason and a right to have internet access.
The only time I think that a person should not have internet access is if they have committed a crime on the internet. At that point I think that that person should not have the right. You never know if they would do that crime again and most people don't want to take that chance.
