I don't think we should have any control over blogs. Blogs is a way where people share their thoughts and events with others. It is a way some people express themselves. Not everything people write on blogs are true or real, but it is good to share our thoughts. It is a way to communicate and meet mew people. So yes they are a way of distributing power in the culture.
