No I don't think there should be any controls or restrictions put on blogs, because there would be no way to figure out each and every blog that is doing something "wrong," and no way to determine if that something is morally or ethically wrong, but who would determine whats right or wrong. No this isn't a way of distributing power. Its just something where people can say and/or do almost anything they want.
