2: I don't think there should be any restrictions placed on blogs. Of course they are a way of distributing power in the culture between traditional media outlets and ordinary materials.
3: I only make basic personal information available online, never things like my address, phone number, or things like that.
5: No. Everyone has a right to access the internet because they make up a part of it.
