What Controls should be placed on blogs, if any?

What controls should be on blogs should be clean and moral ones. They shouldn't allow major swear words, they also shouldn't allow dirty talk, and they shouldn't allow dirty pictures. A lot of blogs have the pictures, but they should strive at the others too. It doesn't make it enjoyable for people to read something interesting and then hear a whole rant with the f bomb being used or just filthy talk. They have the power to make things enjoyable for everyone, but they should be for everyone, not just a small filthy group. People like to have pleasure and a lot of the language people use today, isn't enjoyable to listen to or read. It's going away from traditional media because it allows now whatever, and that's not always a good thing. Think about it from this illustration, if you let several dogs off a leash, are all of them going to stay or will some run?
