There should be no controls on blogs. Some people use blogs as a way to put what they feel down so they can get it out. Some people don't like talking to other people about their problems so they use blogs for that.
I don't think that there should be controls on blogs because people should be able to say what they want when they want to say it. It is their way of getting things out.
