Do people have the "right" to internet access?

I don't agree with Michael that no one has the right to internet access. Because it's such a common thing nowadays and to take it away from people would probably hinder them. If we did get our internet rights taken away then people would find even more sneakers ways to get on it, since we're so pron to it.
