I do not completely agree with Michael Powell. I think everybody has a right to use the internet. The internet is a great resource and you can find lots of weird and fun things on it. But if some terrorist is trying to use it to hack into our national defense system i think he shouldn't be allowed to do that. The internet is not owned by anyone so how could any ones right to use it be taken away. No one has the right to take any ones right to use the internet away.
