They shouldn't have PDA or Sexual content in little children's shows/movies. This is because you don't want kids to learn about all that stuff until they grow up. Its inappropriate for young eyes. They also shouldn't have violence and such in kid movies because they would do that. Kind of like monkey see monkey do.
Another thing that should be ok for this question is swearing in kid movies. They shouldn't hear that and know about the bad words. Pretty much meaning that you shouldn't put PG-13 movie content in a PG/G movie.
