Question 1. I don't think people will go to books to make a big decision on something, for example, to go to war with another country. People will use technology to know something or make a decision. Books don't work anymore because people don't go to books anymore. They go to other people or the Internet. If the person they ask doesn't know they go to the Internet.

    Yea, the internet has made it WAY more fast and efficient to get information on the spot, and that's probably why this is happening.
